Depending on the additional service(s) that you wish to receive, we will tell you beforehand the maximum number of kilometres that will be driven with your vehicle.

This figure will be the total distance from location to departures hall and vice versa, plus the number of kilometres to be driven to provide any desired extra service(s).

With a Shuttle Service contract, you decide this for yourself.

After arriving and parking on our premises, you can hand over the keys to us, which we will keep safe in our safe. Although we prefer to have the car keys in our possession so that we can move vehicles in an emergency, you can still opt to keep hold of your keys.

TIP: only give us your car keys after removing all the other keys from your key fob.

The shuttle bus travels upon request and as often as is necessary to get everyone to Schiphol as soon as possible. Our parking facility is just 4 minutes from the departures hall, so you will never have a long wait.

Under your contract, you can cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before the time of the reserved services, by sending an e-mail to info@airportbusinessparking.nl.

Your cancellation is not definitive until we have confirmed it.

The arrangements have not been confirmed to me.

If you haven't received a confirmation then get in touch with us.

Your contract is in your company name and for a stated numberplate and driver but you can tell us to change this to another driver and numberplate. You have the option of allowing a customer or member of your family to use your parking space and shuttle service free of charge.

However, you must send us an e-mail 24 hours beforehand to tell us this.

Under your contract, you are entitled to 24/7 use of the shuttle service by one person.

If you want fellow-travellers to travel with you on the shuttle then they can do so for a charge of € 5.00 per extra person.

In this case, this service charge also applies for the shuttle service upon your return but only if you notify us by e-mail 24 hours beforehand.

Settlement takes place during shuttle service outward journey.

National guidelines are naturally complied with.

Our shuttle buses will also be equipped with increased-safety facilities and (mandatory or voluntary) face masks will be issued to the passengers.
