Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data that Airport Business Parking receives in order to be able to provide the desired service(s). This document's content complies with the  General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, also known as the 'AVG'), May 2018.

When you either place an order with Airport Business Parking or provide personal data to  Airport Business Parking for another reason then you are expressly consenting to the processing of your personal data in line with this Privacy Policy.

2. Which data do we process and for which purpose?

2.1 The following personal data is processed in order to carry out your assignment: (you will be asked for this data at the time of your order)

a) first name(s) and surname

b) telephone phone number(s), e-mail address(es)

c) vehicle numberplate and make/model

d) other personal details that are needed to carry out the assignment.

2.2 We process the personal data referred to in 2.1 for the following purposes:

To provide a fully-fledged, safe, secure and reliable service.

E-mail messaging (opt out):

We use your name and e-mail address to e-mail you our digital newsletter that contains useful and interesting information about our activities and services. You can opt out of (i.e. unsubscribe from) these mailings any time via the Afmeldlink/Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.

3. Retention periods

We process and retain your personal data for the duration of the assignment/booking and for a maximum of 1 year after the reservation ended. The personal data will then be deleted.

4. Security measures and processors

4.1 We have taken suitable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.

4.2 We do not sell your data to third parties and only provide it to them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a statutory obligation.

5. Right of inspection & deletion; questions and complaints

You have the right to inspect, correct and delete your personal data, provided that this does not impair the processing for the execution of an agreement. Your data will be handled in a privacy-friendly way, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, or AVG in Dutch).

In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing (provided that this does not impair the processing for the execution of an agreement) and to object to the processing of your personal data by Airport Business Parking B.V, and you have the right of data transferability. This means that you can ask us to pass on to you - or to another organisation that you name - the personal data of yours that we are holding in a computer file.

You can send us a request for the inspection, correction, deletion or data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or an objection to the processing of your data.

We have to be sure that you have made the request to inspect, so we ask that your request includes a copy of your identity document.  On this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone - the line with numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and citizen service number.  This is to protect your privacy.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and at the latest within four weeks.
